Dear Devotees, with the Coronavirus spreading globally and most of us spending time at home, a very potent way to help the global situation is to chant the Gayatri Mantra. Let us come together to send our sincere prayers to all that are affected around the world.

The Devotion Wing of SSIO Canada are implementing a project of continuous Gayatri Chanting with participation invited across the country starting on March 25, 2020 and concluding at midnight on April 24th 2019.

We invite you to sign up by reserving your timeslot. Please select a date and time from the calendar.

Please Note that the times listed in the calendar are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone.

You will receive an email confirmation after you reserve your time slot. You will also receive a reminder email closer to your time slot.

After registering above, during your selected time slot please chant the Gayatri Mantra for the full one hour.

In order for the Gayatri Mantra Chanting to be continuous, may we humbly request that you be seated 5 minutes before your time slot begins

Kindly adhere to the following format so that we remain consistent.  

• Begin with three (3) Aums
• Continue chanting the Gayatri Mantra for one (1) hour
• End with the Universal Prayer for Peace (Aum Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavantu) – Recite this prayer three (3) Times.
