With our Beloved Swami’s grace, we were able to hold a Unity bhajan.  A first of its kind, it brought together devotees from the four to five Sai Centers that operate individually under the umbrella of Region1.  Mississauga Sai Centre was blessed to be the first center where the first Unity bhajan was held. Singers from all centers were given an opportunity to sing for our Beloved Bhagavan. The result was encouraging for two reasons. First the response was overwhelming as the list of singers exceeded 20 and second the resounding vibrations that were experienced were divine and each devotee felt close to Swami for the two hours that were spent in the hall.  Following the resounding, melodious bhajans, devotees were blessed to receive prasad, packed and prepared so lovingly by the host center, Mississauga Sai center. Sweet memories of a divine evening with our Beloved Swami was the timeless gift that all devotees took home that evening.

The Sai Centres overwhelmingly felt that the region should continue to periodically hold Unity Bhajans once every 3 months to bring together devotees from all centers in Region 1. The purpose was to bring a sense of kinship between centers and foster a sense of inclusivity in our extended Sai family.  All devotees were encouraged to attend Unity bhajans. The SSIO Regional President expressed his gratitude through a “thank you speech” to all the office bearers and devotees for their commitment to Swami’s teachings and to foster unity among all centers in Region 1. All present were witness to a scintillating and vibrating bhajan session and it could not have been possible without Swami’s abundant Grace and Blessings.
