A Food-Drive was arranged to commemorate our Beloved Swami’s Mahasamadhi. The Food-Drive became a critical service to the community during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Members of the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Mississauga collected non-perishable food items and subsequent arrangements were made to deliver them to various local food banks. The Sathya Sai Baba Mississauga Centre also took part in the virtual Walk-For-Values program and donated 430 pounds of non-perishable food items. A total of 3487 pounds of food have been donated so far during this crippling pandemic. We thank Swami for giving us this opportunity to be of use and do this service on two occasions: Swami’s Mahasamadhi Day and Walk for Values.
